Privacy policy

This notice describes how the website of Vaba S.r.l. handles the personal data of the people who visit it, as required by Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). It applies only to this site, not to other sites reached through links.

Processor under Article 28 of the GDPR: Industrie Creative S.r.l.s., Via D'Annunzio, Bulgarograsso (CO), in charge of the technical management, maintenance and development of the website.

Data are processed at the owner's premises and on the servers of the digital service providers used (hosting, web platforms, CRM, marketing tools), which may also be located inside the European Union.

2. Cookies

The site uses technical cookies, analytical cookies and, once consent is given, profiling cookies.

Technical cookies are needed for the site to work and do not require consent. Analytical cookies, when anonymised, collect aggregate information about use of the site and do not require consent. Profiling cookies show personalised advertising and require your explicit consent. Third-party services (for example Google or Meta) may install their own cookies; see their own notices.

3. Data processed

Navigation data are collected automatically while you use the site: IP address, type of browser, operating system, times of access and pages visited. They are used to guarantee security and correct functioning.

Data you send voluntarily through contact forms, email or direct requests make it possible to answer your enquiry and manage the booking.

4. Retention

Contact data: up to 12 months. Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.

5. Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR you can access your data, ask for them to be corrected or deleted, restrict or object to their processing, request portability, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy).

6. Security

Processing uses tools able to guarantee security, integrity and confidentiality. Access is allowed only to authorised staff and to technical providers (hosting, marketing, IT), strictly within the purposes described above.
